Shipping & Returns

Thank you for supporting our artisan boutique. Please review our shipping timeframes and return conditions before placing your order.

Shipping Within New Zealand

  • Courier Service: We ship nationwide using tracked courier services.

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Candle Refill Turnaround: Refill orders take 5–7 business days to process once we receive your empty jar.

  • Local Drop-off: You may drop off your empty refill jars to our home office by prior arrangement.

Shipping to Australia

  • Eligible Products: All retail items (candles, gypsum cement items, and Kawakawa Balm) can be shipped to Australia.

  • Exclusions: Candle refill services are strictly unavailable for addresses outside of New Zealand.

  • Delivery Times: International shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local import taxes or duties applied by Australian customs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Artisan Items: Because our products are handmade, we do not offer refunds for minor aesthetic variations or change of mind.

  • Kawakawa Balm: Due to hygiene standards, all balm sales are final. We do not accept returns for skin sensitivities or allergies.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or damaged by the courier, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

  • Refill Transit Damage: If an empty jar breaks on its way to us, the customer is responsible. We will offer a plain jar alternative or a store discount for the refill value, but shipping remains at the customer's expense.
